Keda Industrial Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of machinery products. The Company's machinery products include ceramics machinery, energy resource machinery, stone machinery and building materials processing machinery. The ceramics machinery products include cloth processing machine, turn over machine, desiccator, drying apparatus, furnace, buffing machine, edge grinding machine, testing equipment, stacking apparatus and others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries and one associate.
