Shanghai Feilo Acoustics Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of lighting equipment. The Company provides lighting equipment, including light source products, lighting fixtures, related electrical appliances, light source components and lighting engineering; integrated circuit (IC) card products, including storage cars, microprocessor cards, non-contact IC cards and card modules, as well as audio products, including deflection yokes and power supply transformers. The Company also involves in the installation of lighting devices. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of lighting equipment and intelligent cards, as well as securities broking business.
