Xianyang Pianzhuan Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic products. The Company primarily provides display products, deflecting coils, lithium ion batteries and battery cores. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of displays, lithium batteries, thin film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs), liquid crystal display (LCD) products, power supplies and remote controllers, among others, as well as Internet access services and the development of computer software.
