TCL Corporation is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of electronic and communications products. The Company provides multimedia electronic products, including liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions (TVs), cathode ray tube (CRT) TVs, mobile TVs and intelligent household products, among others; mobile communications products, including mobile phones, network devices, mobile terminals, asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) modems and set-top boxes, among others, as well as household electrical appliances, including air-conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines. The Company also involves in manufacture and distribution of spare parts, property and investment businesses, as well as logistics services. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company obtained approximately 49% and 22% of its total revenue from multimedia electronic business and logistics services, respectively.
