Shandong New Beiyang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ”SNBC”) is a new high-tech enterprise, which was established by Weihai Beiyang Electric Group Co., Ltd. in December 2002. SNBC has the registered capital of 300 million RMB. In March 2010, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) approved SNBC for the listing on the smse board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

SNBC specializes in research and development, production, sales and service of special printers/scanners as well as related products, and is the only Chinese enterprise that has mastered core design manufacturing technologies of special printers, scanners and formed large scale production through independent innovation.

The technology center has become the first “State-Accredited Enterprise Technology Center” in the Chinese special printer industry, and the laboratory has been accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The small thermal transfer printer won the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Awards, the Thermal Print Key Technology and Product Industrialization Project won the 2009 Significant Technical Invention Award of the Chinese Information Industry.

SNBC owns the most patents in special printing and scanning area in China. SNBC is the only drafting organization of China’s two national standards “Thermal Printer General Norms” and “Sheet-fed Scanner General Specification”, and also the main drafting organization of “Label Printer General Technical Specifications”, which is also national standard.

SNBC has three main series of products, including key basic parts, complete printers and system integration products.
