Shaanxi Fenghuo Electronics Co., Ltd., formerly Chang Ling (Group) Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of textile electromechanical products, development of software technologies, as well as import and export trading business. The Company provides textile electromechanical products, such as yarn testers, cotton fiber testers, digital television yarn clearers and loom monitoring systems, among others. The Company operates its businesses principally in domestic and Southeast Asia markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had one subsidiary, involved in development and manufacture of textile electromechanical products.

The Shaanxi Fenghuo Communication Group Co.,Ltd.,one of backbone manufacturer in communication equip-ment and electroacoustic component, is located in Baoji, Shaanxi province.
