Anhui Golden Seed Winery Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the production and distribution of liquors, the manufacture of biochemical drugs, as well as real estate development. The Company provides liquors through Hengwen Jiaocang Zuisanqiu series, Rouhe Zhongzi series and Xianghe Zhongzi series. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three major subsidiaries, which mainly involved in the production of Chinese medicines and western medicines, as well as the distribution of liquor and beer.
