V V Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in food, trading and energy industries. The Company's major products are soymilk powder products, soybean juice powder products, milk powder for infants, soymilk drinks, oatmeal syrup, coconut powder products, nutritious oatmeal series, edible oil products and paste products, which are offered under the brand named VV, as well as milk, yogurt and fruit milk products with the brand named Tianshan Snow. The Company also involves in distribution of wine products. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets, such as Indonesia. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in the processing of dairy products and soymilk powder, as well as the manufacture of wine, begerages and coal products.
