China Resources Jinhua Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the spinning of cotton. The Company primarily provides cotton yarns, cotton cloth and nylon yarns, among others. The majority of the Company鈥檚 products are distributed to domestic market in China, and to a less extent, to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had one subsidiary based in Yantai, mainly involved in chinlon business, and three associates, involved in finance business.
