Zhejiang CONBA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research, production and sale of traditional Chinese medicines, herbal medicines, chemical drugs, bulk drugs and healthcare products. The Company's major products are Qianliekang branded tablets and capsules for the treatment of prostatitis, Tianbaoning branded tablets and capsules for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, and CONBA branded tablets for the treatment of enteritis, among others. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic markets, with eastern China as its major market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 10 major subsidiaries. On June 12, 2010, the Company completed the disposal of 80% of the equity of Yunnan Xishuangbanna Conba Herba Dendrodii Officinalis Co., Ltd.
