Shinva Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of medical instruments, medicines and environmental protection equipment. The Company’s main products consist of disinfection and sterilization equipment, radiotherapy equipment, air purification disinfectors, sterilization chemical indicators and indicating adhesive tapes, and disposable medical products. The Company also provides related technology and equipment installation services. The Company distributes its products in both domestic and overseas markets. On July 5, 2010, the Company purchased 60% of the ownership interest of Zibo Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. On March 10, 2010, the Company reduced its ownership interest of Shandong Xinhua Ande Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. from 54.44% to 15%.
