Xinjiang Tecon Animal Husbandry Bio-Technology Co., LTD. is engaged in embryo transplant procreation of breeders, the production and sale of veterinary drugs, feeds and feed addictives, the purchasing of cereals, the production of additive premix feeds, as well as the technical consulting services for related business. The Company operates its businesses mainly in domestic markets with Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as its major market. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, one partially owned subsidiaries and one associate.
