Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited is principally engaged in environment protection services and road operation. The Company operates its businesses through sewage treatment, recycled water production, tap water supply and road toll collection. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Tianjin, Guizhou, Qujing, Baoying, Hangzhou, Wendeng, Xi鈥檃n, Anguo and Wuhan, China. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company treated approximately 89.27 million cubic meters of sewage water, produced approximately 12.37 million cubic meters of recycled water, and supplied approximately 35.76 million cubic meters of tap water.
