CHINA MERCHANTS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the development, sale, leasing and management of properties and the supply of electricity and water. The Company's property projects include Lanxi Valley Phase II, Yishanjun and Garden City, among others. The Company also provides leasing services of apartments, villas, office buildings, shops and plants, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company newly developed 22 real estate projects and sold out 926,100 square meters of commercial residential properties. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned approximately 2.95 million square meters of properties under construction.
