The Company鈥檚 major projects are City Noble Europe Manor, LIVE ON HONOR, YIJU TOWN, YIJING COURT and YIXIN GARDEN, among others. It operates its businesses principally in Shantou, Guangdong province, China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two major subsidiaries, which involved in property development, commodity housing distribution and investment business.
