SOYEA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of color televisions (TVs), real estate development and the provision of network integration services. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company developed several new products, including liquid crystal series colored TVs, public bus display terminals, personal computer/ television (PC/TV) liquid crystal TV all-in-one machine, electronic whiteboard multimedia teaching systems and set-top boxes, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three major subsidiaries.
