The Company operates its businesses through natural medicine business, which include import and export trading of natural medicines such as ginsengs and licorices, as well as healthcare products; medical chemical business, which involves in export of raw materials and import of pharmaceuticals, as well as development and manufacture of anti-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) intermediates and other preparation products; medical equipment business, which involves in contract distribution and logistics services of medical equipment, as well as medicine commerce business, which involves in the sale agency of medicines. The Company also involves in construction engineering business. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four major holding subsidiaries.
