JIANGSU SAINTY CORP., LTD is principally engaged in the export and import of garments and other products. The Company is also involved in garment processing, mining and smelting, real estate, chemical products manufacture and marketing, cargo transportation agency business. The Company primarily distributes textile products and garments to the United States, Canada, Japan and European Union countries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 32 subsidiaries and associates, 19 among which were involved in trading business, six were involved in garment processing business, three were involved in real estate business and the last four were involved in other businesses.
