The Company鈥檚 properties consist of mature, legacy onshore oil and natural gas reservoirs with long-lived, predictable production profiles. It designs and manages the development, recompletion or workover for all of the wells it operates and supervises operation and maintenance activities. It does not own the drilling rigs or other oil field services equipment used for drilling or maintaining wells on the properties it operates. The Company鈥檚 properties are located across four producing regions and consist of onshore oil and natural gas reservoirs with production profiles. As of June 30, 2010, it produced from approximately 2,099 gross (534 net) wells across its properties, with an average working interest of 25%.
