The Company operates its hotels with other facilities, including swimming pools, gymnasiums, spas, cosmetology centers, shopping centers and other related facilities. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, engaged in automobile leasing, and one associate company, engaged in commodity retailing.
