Jiangsu Zongyi Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in software and network services, as well as the design and application of chips. The Company's major products include central processing unit (CPU) series chips, intelligent cards, high temperature superconducting filter systems, solar cells and solar power stations, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries and three affiliates, which involved in software distribution, venture investment, manufacture and distribution of intelligent cards, high temperature superconducting filter systems and thin film solar cells, provision of catering and hotel services, as well as design of integrated circuits (ICs). The Company distributes its products primarily in Beijing, Jiangsu province and Shenzhen, China, as well as overseas market.
