Shandong Shengli Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of plastics, chemical pesticides and biological products, as well as the wholesaling of energy products. The Company distributes its products in Jinan, Dongying, Qingdao and Jining, Shandong Province, as well as Xi'an, Shaanxi Province and Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries and four partially owned subsidiaries, primarily involved in the production of bulk drugs, agricultural chemicals, fine chemicals and plastic products, the distribution of polyethylene, gasoline, kerosene and diesel fuel, urban construction, project investment, as well as industrial investment, among others.
