Shanghai CIMIC Tile Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of tiles. The Company provides vitrified tiles, including polished tiles and non-polished tiles, as well as glazed tiles, including crystalline glazed tiles and ordinary glazed tiles. The Company's products are applied mainly in interior decoration of buildings and housings. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of porcelain products and tiles.

Shanghai is now emerging as one of the greatest cities in the world. For the past almost two decades CIMIC has grown with Shanghai. CIMIC manufactures and markets Italian-quality and Italian-design porcelain and ceramic tile. This Shanghai-based company began operations in 1993, offering China the first Polished Porcelain Tile. CIMIC now is one of the largest tile manufacturers in China and covers an area of 400,000 square meters. As of August 2007, CIMIC TILE is officially listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. CIMIC TILE is part of CIMIC GROUP which has operations in consumer goods, real estate, building materials, education, electronics and communications industries. Shareholders include Morgan Stanley Investment Group, BENQ, Delta Electronics and other business groups from both Taiwan and USA .
CIMIC currently operates two manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and Jiangxi with a total of 19 Kiln and an annual capacity of 27 million square meters. The company employs over 4,000 people. Our equipment is mostly from Italy ,
