shaanxi qinling cement(group) co.,ltd is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of construction materials. The Company鈥檚 primary products are cements and clinkers. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced 2.92 million tons of cements, sold out 2.94 million tons of cements, as well as sold out 0.27 million tons of clinkers. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had eight holding subsidiaries, which involved in cement production, transportation business and investment consulting services.
