Zhejiang Dongliang New Material Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in processing and trading of nonferrous metal products. The Company operates its businesses mainly through manufacture, processing and distribution of aluminum alloy profiles, hardware products, molds and magnesium alloy products, processing and installation of doors and windows, as well as distribution of textile products, construction materials, metal products and lumbers, among others. Its products include aluminum ingots/rods, aluminum profiles, aluminum sheets and powder coatings, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture, processing and distribution of nonferrous metal products, construction materials, wood products, textile raw materials and powder coatings.
