Kingray New Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of basic electronic materials, power supply materials and ultra hard materials. The Company provides electrolytic manganese, manganous manganic oxide, nickel hydroxide and magnetic cores. Its ultra hard materials include diamonds, diamond powders, diamond tools, catalyst alloys and integrated cake of powdered materials. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of metal products, magnetic materials, electronic materials and power products, as well as the mining and processing of manganese mineral ores.
