Fujian Hong Bo Printing Co. Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in printing of commercial bills. The Company鈥檚 main products are tax bills, certificates and bank books, sticking labels, lotteries, non-woven cloth products, books and magazines, digital printing products, postal and expressing bills, color printing products and thermal paper rolls, among others. The Company distributes its products primarily in Beijing and Fujian province, China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries.
