Jizhong Energy Resources Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the mining and processing of coal. The Company is also involved in construction material business and chemical production business. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 31.02 million metric tons of raw coal and 17.74 million metric tons of clean coal. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets, with North China and East China as its major markets.
