Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the production and distribution of coal products and chemical fertilizers. The Company provides coal products, including washed coal, washed lumps, mixed lumps and mixed coal, among others, as well as chemical fertilizers, such as urea. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 6.01 million tons of coal products, and approximately 1.06 million tons of urea. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in the production and distribution of chemical fertilizers and coal products.
