Pingdingshan Tianan Coal. Mining Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in coal mining, processing and distribution. The Company's major products are mixed coal, smelting clean coal and other washed coal. The Company also involves in distribution and agent distribution of materials and other products. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 39.81 million tons of raw coal and 5.94 million tons of clean coal. It distributes its products primarily in domestic market, with East China and Central South China as its major markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in coal mining and distribution.
