Jilin Power Share Co.,Ltd. is principally engaged in the development, investment, construction, production and sale of electricity, including thermal power and hydropower, heat, industrial gas and other new energy resources. The Company is also involved in the maintenance and service of power stations, the purchasing and sale of coal, the provision of technology consulting for electrical power projects, the provision of transportation services, as well as guest room, catering, entertainment and leasing businesses. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company's generating capacity was 865,000 kilowatts of electricity, and distributed approximately 4.33 billion kilowatt-hours of electrical power to grid.
