Shenergy Company Limited is principally engaged in the supply and distribution of electricity and natural gas. The Company is also involved in the sale of fire coals. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company generated approximately 58 billion kilowatt-hours of electric power, produced 83,000 metric tons of crude oil and 330 million cubic meters of natural gas, and supplied 4.49 billion cubic meters of natural gas. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had eight major subsidiaries and associates, involved in electricity, heat, petroleum, natural gas, coal and fuel oil related businesses.
