Datang Huayin Electric Power CO., LTD is principally engaged in electric power generation and distribution, as well as coal distribution business. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company generated approximately 10.554 billion kilowatt hours of electric power, and the electric power and coal accounted for approximately 50.2% and 43.3% of the Company鈥檚 total revenue, respectively. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries, which involved in thermal power generation, hydropower generation, property development, catering and accommodation services, as well as coal mining and distribution. On August 1, 2010, the Company completed the purchase of Yongzhou Qiaohai Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
