Leshan Electric Power Co., Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in electric power generation and distribution, polysilicon sale, as well as natural gas purchase and distribution. The Company also involves in property development, marketing of power transmission and transformation equipment, power supplies, alternating current (AC) motors and carrier communication systems, verification and correction of electricity metering devices, power engineering investigation and design, as well as operation of hotels, restaurants and amusement places. The Company operates its businesses mainly in Leshan, Sichuan province. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven major subsidiaries, which involved in distribution of polysilicon, electric power, natural gas, coal and tap water.
