Sichuan Guangan AAA Public Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity, natural gas and running water. The Company also provides network access installation services. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company generated approximately 449 million kilowatt-hours (KWH) of electricity, distributed approximately 819 million KWH of electricity, 24.44 million metric tons of water and 75.42 million cubic meters of natural gas. The Company operates its businesses mainly in Guang'an and Nanchong city in Sichuan province, as well as Yunnan province in China. On December 16, 2010, the Company completed its purchase of 51% of the ownership interest of Yunnan Hongshiyan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.
