Shenyang Jinshan Energy Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in electric power and heat supply, as well as coal production and distribution. The Company operates thermal electric power plants and wind power plants. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company generated approximately 4,007.85 million kilowatt-hours of electric power, and approximately 3.9799 million gigajoules of heat power. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Liaoning province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries, which involved in wind power generation, thermal power generation and supply of heat.
