Shenzhen Yan Tian Port Holdings Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the development and operation of ports. The Company is also involved in the handling and transportation of cargos; the construction and operation of port supporting facilities, including transportation facilities, storage and industrial facilities and service facilities; container repairing business; entrepot trading business, as well as the import and export business of cargos and technologies, among others. The Company operates its business mainly in Shenzhen, Guangdong province and Xiangtan, Hunan province. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five major subsidiaries and five major associates.
