ReneSola Ltd. (ReneSola) is a manufacturer of solar wafers and producer of solar power products based in China. The Company possess a global network of suppliers and customers that include some of the global manufacturers of solar cells and modules. As of December 31, 2009, ReneSola had an annual wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 825 megawatts (based on the efficiency conversion calculation methodology adopted before and as of December 31, 2009) consisting of monocrystalline wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 325 megawatts and multicrystalline wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 500 megawatts. In July 2009, the Company commenced trial production at the first phase of its polysilicon manufacturing facility in Meishan, Sichuan Province. This polysilicon facility is built in two phases, each with 1,500 metric tons of annual manufacturing capacity.
