Jiangxi Changyun Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in provision of road passenger transportation services. The Company operates its businesses through road passenger transportation, which includes road passenger transportation, station construction and maintenance, as well as automobile leasing services, among others; logistics business, which involves in transportation of automobile bodies, commodity automobiles, airplanes and large-sized commodities; tourism and taxi business, which includes development and operation of tourism products in Jiangxi province and management of taxis, as well as property operation, which include operation and leasing of electronic markets, computer markets and commercial buildings. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Jiangxi province, Anhui province and Shanghai, China.
