It operates in three segments: Roadheader products and aftermarket parts and services, which is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of roadheader products, including onsite service repairs, overhaul and supply of spare parts to customers; Shearer products and aftermarket parts and services, which involves the design, manufacture and sale of shearer products, including onsite service repairs, overhaul and supply of spare parts to customers, and Armoured-face conveyors, and related products and aftermarket parts and services, which involves the manufacture and sale of AFC, including onsite service repairs and overhaul. It operates in Hong Kong, Mauritius, the Cayman Islands and Mainland China.
