TSC Group Holdings Limited (TSC), formerly TSC Offshore Group Limited, is an investment holding company. TSC and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture, market, install and service a line of products for onshore and offshore drilling industries. Through its products and services, it provides solutions of various rig packages to its global customers. The Company has four segments: Rig produces and technology, which is engaged in the construction, manufacturing and trading of rig equipment; Rig turnkey solutions, which is engaged in the provision of engineering, procurement and construction services and delivery packaged equipment to offshore rigs; Oilfield expendables and supplies, which is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of oilfield expendables and supplies, and Engineering services, which is engaged in the provision of engineering services. On September 1, 2010, TSC acquired 51% interest in Juran Limited.
