The Company operates in three segments: machine tools, parking garage structure and forklift trucks. It operates in the People's Republic of China. Its subsidiaries include Winning Steps Ltd, Yu Hwa Holdings Ltd., Hai Sheng International Holdings Inc, Sky Thrive Investment Ltd, Kai Win Group Ltd, Winnings Steps Hong Kong Development Ltd and Yu Hwa Hong Kong Enterprise Ltd. In June 2010, the Company acquired Rambaudi business.
