EVA Precision Industrial Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in the provision of precision manufacturing services in China, focusing on the production of moulds and components. The Company operates two production facilities in Shenzhen and one production facility in Suzhou. The Company is a vertically integrated precision metal and plastic mould and component manufacturing service provider. Its services include mainly design and fabrication of precision metal stamping and plastic injection moulds; manufacturing of precision metal stamping and plastic injection components by using tailor-made metal stamping and plastic injection moulds; lathing of metal components and assembly of precision metal and plastic components manufactured by the Company into semi-finished products. It operates in two segments: metal stamping and plastic injection. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired 51% interest in a company and its subsidiary.
