Aptus Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in three segments: Trading of edible oil and mineral materials; Boxes for storage of deceased cremated ashes and other ancestral properties, and Paper-offering business. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company discontinued its gas related and profit sharing on oil-field operations. On May 27, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Casdon Management Limited (Casdon). During fiscal 2010, the Company disposed 48.33% interest in the Changde joint venture and 33% equity interest in the Hunan joint venture (together known as the Natural Gas Joint Ventures). Its subsidiaries include Good United Management Limited, Sea Marvel Limited, Cosmos Will Limited, Top Entrepreneur Profits Limited and B & B Natural Products (BVI) Limited.
