Wah Nam International Holdings Limited (Wah Nam) is an investment holding company. The Company has four segments: Limousine rental services, which is engaged in the provision of limousine rental services in both Hong Kong and the People鈥檚 Republic of China; Airport shuttle bus services, which is engaged in the provision of airport shuttle bus services in Hong Kong; Mining operation, which is engaged in the exploitation, processing and sales of copper, zinc and lead ore concentrates in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, and Others, which is engaged in investment in equity securities. As of December 31, 2010, the limousine rental services had a fleet of over 100 Mercedes Benz and other locomotives to serve more than 40 hotels in Hong Kong. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it focused on the exploration of the copper mine of Smart Year Investments Limited. Its subsidiaries include Perryville Group Limited, Parklane Limousine Service Limited and Airport Shuttle Services Limited.
