On September 20, 2010, it disposed its 71% owned subsidiary, Shenyang Shengtaicheng Property Development Co., Ltd. In December 2010, it acquired upstream oil and gas assets in Pakistan. The acquired assets comprised 120 producing crude oil and natural gas wells with a average net production of 35,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
