It operates in two segments: Publishing and printing, and Travel and travel related services. The publishing and printing segment is engaged in the publication of various newspapers and magazines in Chinese language, and other related printed and digital publications. The travel and travel related services segment is engaged in providing travel packages and provision of tour services. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Charming Holidays Limited, Cheerlane Development Limited, Holgain Limited, Mingpao.com Limited and Ming Pao Holdings Limited. As of March 31, 2010, the Company acquired 25.44% interest of ByRead Inc.
