China Mining Resources Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in mining, processing and sales of molybdenum, sales of tea products, and online video broadcasting. The Company operates in four segments: online video business (iTV), which includes online video broadcasting; tea products, which is engaged in production and sales of tea; molybdenum, which includes mining, processing and sales of molybdenum, and others, which is engaged in the mining, processing and sales of other minerals, such as rutile, silicon and iron. On November 29, 2010, the Company disposed Harbin Songjiang Copper Enterprise Co. Ltd. On December 10, 2010, the Company acquired online video project through the acquisition of 70% of Year Joy Investment Limited.
