Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company include the manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products, medicinal healthcare products for women and bio-pharmaceutical products. It is also engaged in research and development, selling, distributing and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. Its pharmaceutical products include gynecological medicines, bio-pharmaceutical and bio-technological products in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it discontinued its operations of facial mask and skincare products. As of July 22, 2009, it held 92.02% of interest in Guizhou Factorr Bio-Technology Company Limited. In August 2010, it completed acquisition of further 20% of the interest in Guilin Gu Jin Pharmaceutical Technology Co. Ltd. During the fiscal 2010, it acquired 13% additional interests of Guilin Pavay Gene Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
