Lee鈥檚 Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. It operates through two segments: proprietary products and licensed products. Through its wholly owned subsidiary in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, Zhaoke Pharmaceutical (Hefei) Company Limited (Zhaoke), it develops, manufactures and markets proprietary pharmaceutical products in the PRC. Licensed products include trading of license-in pharmaceutical products. The Company focuses on many different areas, such as cardiovascular and infectious diseases, dermatology, oncology, gynecology and others with more than 22 products under different development stages. Proprietary products include Livaracine, Yallaferon, Slounase and Eyprotor. License-in products include Carnitene, Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution, Aloxi and Gelclair. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Lee鈥檚 Pharmaceutical International Limited, Lee鈥檚 Pharmaceutical (HK) Limited and China Oncology Focus Limited, among others.
